My Story
I have spent my career working inside complex organisations where the stakes are high, the pace is fast, and clarity matters.

I began my career working closely with senior leaders in executive and strategic support roles, working closely with senior leaders, before moving into Chief of Staff and Head of Business Services positions. That progression shaped how I work: close to leadership, accountable for delivery, and focused on making the business run properly.
​
What has always interested me most is solving real operational problems. Untangling complexity. Building frameworks that hold. Putting structure in place so organisations can move from reactive firefighting to confident, proactive delivery.

Today, through NB Executive Solutions, I bring that experience to founders and leadership teams who want strong operational foundations without bureaucracy or red tape. My work is practical, embedded, and focused on outcomes, not theatre.
